I'm healthier now at 70 than I was at 55 because I discovered it wasn't too late to change a lot of bad habits and begin rebuilding.
Now, my passion is to help others do the same thing... especially seniors.
I encourge others to move as much as they can whatever their comfort level is. Then, just like I do... I encourage them to push just a little more. "Get Out of Your Comfort Zone"
When I started this program I could only do bed exercises and walk short distances.
I also strongly suggest EVERYONE take positive steps towards better nutrion wherever possible and exchange health tips on a regular basis.
